Over the past five years, the Mayor’s Office in collaboration with the Planning Department, has passed several innovative reforms to ensure Jackson is the easiest city in Tennessee to build. From giving developers flexibility in design, to ease of approval, Jackson is leading the way. These reforms also create the environment to provide pathways to attainable and abundant housing for all Jacksonians. Below are summaries for each of these recently passed reforms .
